GENERAL ADMISSIONS POLICIES AND GUIDELINES Students are accepted, regardless of race, nationality, or creed. However, the school reserves the right to refuse students for inability or behavioral problems or medical incapacity. Students are accepted on the basis on entrance test performance, academic and behavioral standing in former school/s and a personal interview with students and parents. Chinese knowledge is prerequisite starting in kindergarten to high school. Once admitted and enrolled, students must submit to the program, academic and disciplinary regulations and all other requirements instituted by the Administration.I. Prenursery and Nursery – oral assessment in the language that the child is more comfortable with, but limited to English, Filipino, Fookien, and Mandarin b. Kindergarten One – oral assessment in English and Chinese c. Kindergarten Two – written assessment in English and Chinese 2. Deliberation of teachers and department supervisor B. GradeSchool 3. Parents’ Group Orientation by the department supervisor 1. Paper and pen assessment in English, Mathematics, and Chinese 2. Student and parent interview by the department supervisor C. High School 1. Paper and pen assessment in English, Mathematics, and Chinese 2. Student interview by the department supervisor and guidance counselor IV. RESERVATION A. Successful student applicants will be given seven working days to place the nonrefundable, nontransferable reservation fee. The countdown would start from the day that the parents are notified.
B. Failure to place the reservation within the said period will forfeit the applicants’ slot. |
